The Hold’em Holsters Lifetime Warranty

All holsters from Hold’em Holsters (Pty) Ltd carry a Lifetime Warranty. We will repair or replace your original purchased holster in the event it becomes damaged or defective under normal use.

If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition.

The Hold’em Holsters Lifetime Warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, modifications/alterations, negligence or cosmetic damage. The warranty will be applied only to the original purchased holsters and a proof of purchase must be accompanied by the warranty claim form in order to process the warranty claim. The original holster must be sent to Hold’em Holsters for inspection.

Hold’em Holsters reserves the right to void any warranty if any of the above conditions aren’t met.

The Hold’em Holsters Life Time Warranty does not cover shipping or courier costs.
