Dual Barrel Lock: SKOUT® airguns utilizes dual barrel locks to minimize movement and vibration that impacts accuracy. With a lock at the front and rear of the chassis, forces are spread out and mitigated as efficiently as possible. Simple release mechanisms allow quick and tool free barrel swaps and indexing.
Caliber & Slug Compatibility: SKOUT® airguns are generally ordered factory configured for your chosen caliber and projectile. However, all of our airgun platforms can be converted to most popular caliber and slug/pellet configurations on the market today. This provides versatility and value to every precision shooter.
Magnetic Lock Magazine: SKOUT® utilizes innovative magnetic lock magazine that are both pellet and slug compatible (caliber specific). This design also eliminates wear that occurs on mechanically retained magazines, giving superior long term durability to both the airgun and magazine.
Integrated Moderator *where allowed by law*: SKOUT® airguns come with a factory moderator that is incredibly capable of considerable sound moderation on its own. Further, SKOUT® offers several moderator upgrades and modifications to further suppress noise without decreasing accuracy or efficiency (moderator upgrades sold separately). SKOUT® also offers versions of our airgun that do not use a moderator for regions that prohibit such technology.
Industry standard mounts: SKOUT® airguns and shooting aids take advantage of modern fire arm standards to allow a nearly unlimited number of attachments and accessories to our airings. M-Lock forward rails, picatinny optic mount and post mount trigger shoe allow the shooter to make sure the rifle fits the shooter as well as the shooting situation.
Objective based stock and chassis design: SKOUT® airguns provides multiple factory configurations for your air rifles chassis. Our fully adjustable bench-rest stock provides an enormous range of adjustments including length, height, pad height and cheek rest adjustably. Our fixed stock provides simple, durable and lightweight connection to the rifle, better suited to slug or hunting focused shooters.
PLANO® Custom Case: Our Standard configurations come with a custom-fitted PLANO® case, the case can be added or purchased separately for our Base configurations. This ultra-durable case is made in the USA and laid out to protect your airgun in transit. The case is large enough to accommodate most optic and barrel configurations as well as shooting aids & tools – yet small enough to fit in the trunk of most passenger cars.
Tools + Spares: SKOUT® ships all of our airguns with the necessary tools to tune and maintenance your airgun. Also included are consumable o-rings and most often lost/dropped screws and hardware. Everything needed for years of service – includes any specialty tools required for the model of airgun purchased.

With the introduction of the EVO platform, SKOUT® Airguns has transitioned to a composite bull style barrel as well as developing several traditional full weight steel bull barrels.
Carbon Composite Bull Factory Barrels:
The factory composite bull barrels use a thick carbon outer wall, permanently bonded to an alloy liner. The solid carbon fiber wall provides similar relative stiffness and dampening properties when compared to a solid steel bull barrel at a reduced weight. The new EVO carbon composite bull barrel provides extreme versatility for sportsmen, enthusiasts, and competitors of all levels and disciplines.SKOUT®’s carbon composite bull barrel adds tremendous value to the EVO platform.
Due to the barrel’s lower cost, an airgun enthusiast can more readily afford a larger selection of barrel lengths, calibers, and configurations while still using a singular EVO airgun platform.
Factory Steel Bull Barrels:
SKOUT® engineers validate barrel design theory with real world testing, each EVO configuration is extensively tested at our on site 100 yard indoor range prior to approval for production. Utilizing this type of testing, our engineers and shooting team are able to determine an optimized shooting solution for every caliber and projectile type.
In pursuit of optimized “out of the box” accuracy, some models of EVO will be offered with traditional steel full weight bull barrels manufactured within SKOUT®’s supply chain.
Aftermarket Barrels: Factory tested & optionally equipped.
SKOUT®, has partnered with several barrel manufactures to offer aftermarket barrels factory direct. These barrels will be co-branded with their manufacture, as well as factory tested in our 100 yard indoor range before shipment, even when the barrel is purchased separately.
As an example; SKOUT®’s first aftermarket collaboration is a full weight steel bull barrel in .22 caliber featuring polygonal rifling and a 1:15.75 twist. This traditional bull barrel is produced for SKOUT® by Lothar Walther, we currently consider this to be one of our most accurate barrels.
SKOUT® EVO Barrel Indexing System

Indexing your barrel has never been easier or more approachable.
The revised barrel lock system of the EVO allows the shooter to index their barrel without removing it from the airgun. The EVO barrel lock offers infinite adjustment, precise alignment and secure retention.
Indexing your barrel is as simple as loosening the two barrel securement locks, rotating the barrel and locking it back down. For precision shooters this allows rapid adjustment, . The barrel itself is marked with indexing numbers, providing the ability to return the barrel to its previously indexed position after service or transport.
If a shooter does not choose to utilize the indexing feature, no additional steps are required to secure the barrel when compared to taking advantage of the indexing function. A feature with no drawbacks, enthusiasts retain a simple removal and install, while the a serious shooter gains a ballistic advantage.
*It should be noted that solid steel bull barrels are designed with a fixed orientation and cannot be indexed.

Keep it Simple Shooter
With the screen on the side, the backstrap of the EVO’s frame becomes an access panel. The EVO’s backstrap can be removed with no tools, providing entry to routinely accessed components without complete grip removal.
The under-backstrap panel gives direct access to the EVO’s on board charging through USB-C. This universal connection allows the EVO to be charged from nearly any USB-C power source, offering endless options around the world. The USB-C slot on the back-strap access panel also allows for software updates via your home Windows computer, a DIY program and software are provided by SKOUT® here : SKOUT® Software
The battery compartment is also now accessible from the backstrap panel. The battery itself is retained by a latching wireform, and securely clicks into place. No tools are required to remove, swap or charge your battery system.
Skeletonized Rest
SKOUT®’s new Skeletonized Shoulder Rest (SSR) is comes equipped on the EVO and EVOs, it is also compatible with all current SKOUT® airguns. The SSR’s efficient design & stock solid aluminum construction is carved from a single chunk of billet aluminum. Finished with a hard anodized surface (not paint) this shoulder rest looks and handles great.

First seen on the SKOUT® EPOCH, our benchrest chassis has been proven around the world in competitive, hunting and recreational use. With a wide variety of adjustments – total length, shoulder pad height, cheek pad elevation – provide a massive range of adjustments to fit all shooters and styles.
The SKOUT® Bench Rest Chassis (BRC) has a plethora of additional mounts for rear rests, weights, aftermarket pads and all other major industry rear shooting aids. *The BRC is an optional accessory for EVO and EVOs SKOUT® airguns.
