360 Arms Terms and Conditions
In-Country Sales
360 Arms operates within specific countries and regions, offering products for sale accordingly. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchases comply with local laws and regulations regarding the purchase and ownership of firearms and related products.
Out-of-Country Sales
360 Arms reserves the right to limit sales to certain countries or regions based on legal, logistical, or compliance reasons. Customers attempting to purchase products from a restricted country or region will be notified during the checkout process, and their orders may be canceled.
Product Availability
Product availability may vary depending on the country or region. While efforts are made to maintain consistent inventory levels across all locations, certain products may be out of stock in one country while available in another. Customers are encouraged to check product availability in their respective countries before placing orders.
Refusal of Sale
360 Arms reserves the right to refuse a sale if there are concerns regarding compliance with local laws, regulations, or company policies. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of suspected fraud, attempts to purchase restricted products, or violations of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Forced Refund
In the event that a sale is refused or canceled, 360 Arms will issue a refund to the customer in accordance with our refund policy. Refunds will be processed promptly and may take a certain amount of time to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the payment method used.
Compliance with Laws
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchases comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country or region. 360 Arms is not liable for any consequences resulting from the misuse or illegal use of products purchased from our website.
Non-Monetary Transactions
Certain transactions may occur without the exchange of physical money. However, the mere selection of a product with a displayed price of zero (0) does not constitute a sale. In cases where a customer selects a product with a zero (0) charge, no sale is finalized until payment is successfully processed and confirmed by 360 Arms.
Courier Charges as Referral Fees
Any charges associated with courier services referred to as part of the transaction process but not involving the purchase of a product or service from 360 Arms will not be considered as sales. This includes instances where courier charges are displayed as separate line items but no monetary payment is made for the actual product or service offered by 360 Arms.
Intent to Purchase
Customers must demonstrate a clear intent to purchase a product or service from 360 Arms through the completion of a payment transaction. Merely adding items to a cart or selecting products without finalizing payment does not constitute a binding agreement or sale.
Sales Confirmation
A sale is considered finalized and confirmed only when payment is successfully processed and accepted by 360 Arms. Customers will receive an order confirmation email or similar notification upon completion of the transaction.
By placing an order with 360 Arms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 360 Arms reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Refund Policy
As a general guideline, South African consumer law does not grant a right of return simply because a consumer changes their mind. If a product is defective, the customer must return it to our premises at their own expense, in accordance with our refund policy. The product must be in its original packaging and undamaged. Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned goods to check for damage and defects.
All products returned to 360 Arms (PTY) LTD are subject to inspection, and refunds will be issued in compliance with South African law, specifically the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. This law does not entitle you to cancel a special order or custom work on any part or component of a product, for which you will remain liable. This includes all products specially ordered from suppliers in South Africa and other countries. Courier services are not part of and eligible for refunds and will not be refunded. This is a service that was rendered and seen as an expense and cannot and will not be refunded.
Warranty
A warranty is a legally binding commitment that forms part of the sales contract, assuring the buyer that the product or service is free from defects. Warranties typically provide a specific remedy, such as repair or replacement, if the product or service fails to meet the warranty standards. The customer is responsible for returning any defective goods to our premises at their own expense, in accordance with the warranty terms, and covering all associated costs for the warranty service.
